(Java Parity) Menu splashes

Bedrock currently has different title screen splashes from Java.

The differences are listed here:

Splashes in green are missing from Bedrock, splashes in red should be removed from Bedrock. I mainly want this done because parity is important, and the Java-only splashes are generally better than the Bedrock-only ones.

1. LWJGL isn't used in Bedrock Edition
2. Bedrock didn't have any Secret Friday Updates
3. "Not on steam" doesn't make sense since Steam doesn't have a mobile client
4. "Now Java 8" doesn't make sense, Bedrock is coded in C++
