Export World Option between Nintendo Versions

Add option to export world on New 3DS Edition or to send it to a game on Switch.

Currently there's no way to send a world from the New 3DS Edition of the game to Switch. There is a way to send a world to Switch from Wii U, so I'm hoping that it won't be impossible.
