This has now been changed in Bedrock 1.14. Also, the streamable link doesn't work anymore.

Your talking about the feature that was reported as bug, in the 1.14.0 update, right? which was also mentioned in the news article Minecraft - Buzzy Bees - 1.14.0 (Bedrock), "saying players can no longer initiated swimming in shallow water" - (quote form Minecraft article Buzzy Bees). which also, everyone enjoyed having fun with during the 1.13 - 1.14 version of Minecraft bedrock edition, Which even could have been added to Java editions as a safety mechanism incase people got caught in a mob grinder. before it was reported as a bug and then placed into these article categories: One Block SwimmingSwimming can be activated in shallow water (MCPE-38751), and the article: Swim Problem (MCPE-47261)

If you are, then I would like to let you know that I think that having the ability of swim in shallow water on both java and bedrock, is definitely something that we need to have. incase of being cause in mob grinders, or being pushed into a water stream that leads to a lava lake. If you want more information about it, I have already provide you the links.

What if some players want to use that feature for different types of reasons.
For example escaping mob and player, or being caught in a mob grinder.
