Pillager Banners Need to be Red. See details for explanation.

I've observed that Illagers and Pillagers, although neutral have a sort of green hue to their color pallet. Putting my overly priced art education to work I believe a red banner would look really nice because red complements green in color theory. Not to mention red symbolically represents agression amoung other things.
