Minecraft Cat [Jellie] AI Enhancement

Good Times With Scar's cat Jellie who is being added as a skin for cats needs a custom AI.

My suggestion is, that if the player names the Jellie skinned cat to "Jellie", the custom AI is enabled and the following behaviors are enabled:

1. Jellie is attracted to and likes to sit on Redstone components as a reference to Jellie liking to sit on your router.
2. If you sleep in a bed while Jellie is in the area there is a chance that you will be woken up with the time of day set to 21000 and Jellie is sitting on the bed, as a reference to Jellie liking to wake you up at 4AM wanting food.
