Low End Phone Settings

Well I bought MCPE and I've loved it but my phone is pretty crappy so i only run the older versions and get full FPS so I was hoppig you could add in the world creator you could have have the option to disable The aquatic update for low end devices also more settings to allow people with low end devices to run the game at 30 to 60 fps thanks hope this helps
