Lead-Power and Feeder blocks

Ok so: You know that in real life windmills are powered by animals, well thats what this idea is based on:

The Motion Block would be crafted like this:

Cobble R.Stone Cobble

R.Stone Fence  R.Stone

Cobble R.Stone  Cobble

You could attach a lead to it and when an animal moves, a redstone out-put is powered, but how do you get them to move?

The Feeder block would be crafted like this:

Wood R.stone Wood
R.Stone F. Rod R.stone
Wood R.Stone Wood

when powered the feeder block would string down a peice of food which you can put in, for the animals to follow. 


So in this combo, the Feeder block and the Motion Block would make a very fun concept, and another way to power contraptions!
