Improved Mob A.I.: Jumping

Minecraft A.I. isn't the best, it's so exploitable and predictive that it can be abused very easily. One example of this is how mobs can't jump gaps. A single block gap is their biggest weakness to nearly everything in the game. For increased robustness, clever mobs like villager, cats, dogs etc. should be able to make similar jumps that the player can. While other mobs (Like Hostile Mobs) should be able to at least jump 1 to 2 block gaps. This would make mobs a little bit harder to fool.
