Evoker Improvements, because they're really weak
First off, Evokers now have 30 health instead of just 24, to make it harder, and it has 2 new attacks. These are because the Evoker currently is very easily killed by sprinting up to it and smacking it repeatedly with a sword.
Also, both Vindicators and Evokers will immediately attack the player if they are hit with a player-shot arrow and are within 30 blocks of said player, and have an upgraded sight line of 16 blocks.
New Attack 1: The Evoker puts its hands up and chants for about a second, creating a "force field" that protects it. This force field lasts for 15 seconds and has a 20 second attack cooldown. It gives the Evoker 3 hidden armor points, and causes any projectiles to stop in their tracks about a block from said Evoker.
New Attack 2: The Evoker spins rapidly around, quickly building up a cloud of dark blue particles around it. After about a half a second the Evoker teleports to a different place within it's sight. This attack has a 25 second cooldown, and the Evoker will attempt to use this when the player gets within 3 blocks of it or it is hurt. It can also use this once to pass through walls and attack the player if they have been in the mansion for at least 10 minutes
