Villager Jails and Pillager Prisoner

I would like to see an additional type of building that can randomly spawn in villages.
The jail.

In it would be a PILLAGER PRISONER locked up behind bars similarly to how there are sometimes villagers found in the basement of igloos. Similarly to how the Nitwit villager cannot be traded with, the jailed pillager has no attacks.
It just checks every so many ticks (maybe 100 ticks) if it can escape, which can only happen if there is a 1x2 block space it can fit through that leads out of it's defined cell.
If it detects a way to escape, it will run away continuously, as it's a passive mob, at a speed faster than the player until it is either killed or finds an unloaded chunk at which point it will despawn.

It would have no drops, although it would give a player the same experience as killing any other pillager.
It could be colored differently to normal Pillagers, having a more orange color to it's clothing instead of the dark red just like real prisons use bright orange uniforms for prisoners. perhaps even a black and white striped uniform like old fashioned prisons. or maybe even basic rags.

A released pillager prisoner could trigger a pillager raid on the village when and if it manages to despawn in an unloaded chunk. A player that released one would either have to kill the pillager prisoner immediately or risk getting into a pillager fight.
