Villager Empire

I have been wondering for a while now if maybe the villagers and illagers could be separate empires since illagers now have their own raiding parties and structure it would also be a good chance for the player to be in command of an empire and wage wars against NPC empires villagers could also finally fight and both sides could have their own golem versions the villagers: the Iron Golem the Illagers: maybe something to do with coal since their dark.
