I think at some point it was announced that all crash reports on Bedrock Edition are sent directly to Mojang and that's why they're not generated on the user's device. However, the latter should in my opinion be at least a toggleable option, so we could, for example, find out if the crash was caused by a code bug (and better report the bug) or some other reason we can fix ourselves (like low memory etc). It would also be great for add-on / shader / script developers who could, in case the game crashes when their creation is on, see what went wrong and perhaps fix it.
