Easier /fill

Make /fill easier, either by making it to where you can do like /fill pos1 x y z then /fill pos2 x y z, or /filltool which gives you a tool (like worldedit) that can only be used in creative and needs to have cheats enabled (like normal /fill)

    Good idea specifically for MCPE that have (for me) more difficult to use commands on MCPE.
