(Java Parity) Option for Cinematic Camera!

I noticed how this feature is still missing in bedrock but it is in Java I'm pretty sure this is an overdue feature. We need a toggle for cinematic camera because it would look a whole lot better than using the "full range keyboard" options. It would do wonders for people to show off their builds or for roleplay! And there's some features that could also be implemented along with it such as camera rolling,(camra tilting in an angle as player moves) or applying filters like in a regular camera. It would be super useful. I know it may seem like a minor feature, but it's the little things that make the game that much more awesome.
