Show list for nbt

In 1.13, mojang made using commands much easier when they added a list of all the commands whenever you typed in a letter. However they don't have anything like this for nbt, they should also display a list of all the possible nbts and if you type in the first letter it only shows a list for all of the nbts starting with that letter and so on.
