NOTICE

Are you sure you want to report this?

When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

As a model railroader I would love to be able to build railroads in minecraft where tracks can intersect, cross over one another etc. I would love to be able to use switch tracks to move minecarts from one set of tracks to another. I envision something like a minecraft lever (or fancier red-stone circuit) next to the switch track to make the track change.

This is a good idea because you can have three places like a mine village and base and then have a Minecart transport it

It would make it easier to change direction not using redstone

Perhaps this could be accomplished with but he rotator block idea. It's also on here. It's a block that upon getting activated by redstone will rotate whatever block its rotating side is connected to by 90 degrees.
