(Java Parity) Hotbar Position

The hotbar should be positioned at the very bottom of the screen.

    I think it already is for all the platforms I’ve played on.

    On Bedrock it has a small gap. On console it has a colossal gap

    It being at the bottom of the screen would make it harder for mobile users to tap. It's not a big deal and should be kept the way it is for mobile (maybe not for other Bedrock input methods, though)
