Change Zombie Pigmen and Wither Skeleton's Swords to Quartz Swords

Golden swords are one of the most unused items and mainly has the worst durability. The zombie pigmen are the only mob to use a golden sword (excluding the zombie who can pick up anything.) Well, I think that zombie pigmen and wither skeletons should have quartz swords because gold or stone is not found anywhere in the nether. I don't know if this has already been denied by a minecraft developer or not but it makes no sense that they'd have something that cannot even be obtained in the nether at all. Maybe to make it even more special, the quartz sword would not be craft-able and the only way to get one would be to fight the wither skeleton or a zombie pigman, but that's just a thought, what do you think?
