(Feature Request) Show only optimized content for device you're on

I have Minecraft installed on Android and on Windows 10, and I'd like to buy something that's in the store and that it's optimized for my Windows 10 device but not on my Android device. Problem is, I can't buy stuff using Windows 10 but I can using Google Pay (cellular data).

Instead of showing content that's only optimized for my specific device, how about adding something that indicates that the content you're buying isn't compatible/optimized for your device but you can use it on another device? That way, you can purchase content using option 1 but can't using option 2.
