official minecraft server for events

this place can be used as a event place for minecon earth and minecon (or simply a fun minigame hub) so people from other countrys can attend it without traveling there. i think this should be added because it will allow people who cant attend minecon earth (and minecon) to attend, also this place can be used to host april fools day,christmas and others

    Yes, I agree completely. Especially the minigame part.

    Right now minigames are dying, and that is sad because they are a lot of fun. Perhaps Mojang could add a client side Anti-Cheat along with it.

    Sort of like the bedrock minigames, no chat so there cannot be any mutes, and just a fun place to play minecraft with your mates.

    I like the idea of an official Minecraft Server. It could be loaded with all sorts of features, mini-games, maps. It would be a great place to kind of set the standard for other servers as far as design, navigation and experience.

    Y además podrían haber eventos que pasen en todo el mundo al mismo tiempo como fortnite, también con minijuegos de tiempo limitado y todo con el gran trabajo de la misma Microsoft por detrás que haría que todo plugin, anticheat o lo que sea sea 100% confiable y casi completamente libre de bugs

    There is an official REALM of Minecraft where everybody can join, but it's for bedrock

    Yeah, NO! Chances are the official server would use a terrible version of combat (AKA 1.9). It isn't hard to just play on another server, plus the live stream is for people who can't attend. An official MC server would be laggy, and chances are, not too good in quality. Mojang clearly doesn't understand what makes good minigames, and definitely not good PVP games.

    AntiPockets I agree except for the no chat thing. How will you be able to communicate? Maybe everyone is muted, but in your hotbar is a chat menu that has premade lines for you to say? Like "Hello" or "Let's play *Inset game*"

    I'd suggest there be a version for Java and another for Bedrock. 

    @OutdoorPoet940  I think there should at least be rooms set up similar to some minigames where players can talk in a mostly free manner. I say mostly free due to the fact that an anti cursing filter would likely be implemented even there.

    You can travel in the fall from a village to a castle does a wizard you have to find all the map yes to find all the MapsAnd he’ll give you a dime in Alma and you’ll be ready for the battle battle to attack anything

    A Concrete place for a Mob Vote, They could do each event in a Different style of world area, Maybe they could make a biome that we as players can both experience and vote upon.                                                  this idea is awesome.
