Nether Boss: Demon

Add new boss "Demon", new nether biomie "the demon shaft" including wither skeletons, another miniboss "the demon guard" and ghasts. Can be found with new item "nether eyes" (get them while killing ghasts) and new weapon "demon sword" which you get it when killing the demon

    Why should the Nether have two bosses?  The Wither is already the Nether's boss, after all.
