Farmers accept beetroot

Farmer villagers should accept beetroot and one of their first tier trades as they accept pretty much every other crop.

    I mean like 15-18 beetroots for a emerald similar to carrots and potatoes

    Definitely. At the moment it's a useless crop. Red dye can come from poppies and roses, so why bother growing beetroot if that's all it is really good for (oh, and breeding pigs). It would be good if beetroot was also a breeding option food-wise for villagers. Basically, make it a genuine root vegetable, instead of just filler.
