Glowsticks should actually glow

Glowsticks in education edition should light up the surrounding area, kind of like how people want torches to light up when you hold them. It's just  that but it's a glowstick.

  This would be helpful because you can't actually place glowsticks like torches, and they're a pain to craft and all they do is glow in your hand, your surroundings don't even light up!
