Nintendo Switch Bedrock Edition: Separate options for render distance in Docked and Handheld

This would allow you to have a lower maximum render distance for handheld (such as 14 chunks) and a higher maximum render distance for docked (such as 20-24 chunks). I tested how well it runs in docked with the render distance set 24 and it seemed to keep a stable framerate (the way I set it to 24 is a secret :P ).

I would like a higher render distance I can't see my whole base within 14 chunks. 22/24 chunk render distance would be nice
