Good idea. But Why Dark Fire balls there’s the ender dragons fireballs why not use those? I’m not trying to give hate just a idea

Last I checked humanoids didn’t have multiple flame-throwing arms hovering around them.

I don’t think so.  The End is lacking in mob variety, though.

That's basically a shulker- at least that mob seems the ender counterpart of the blaze.

Also if such a mob would be added, 1: where in the end would it spawn,

2: what would it drop apart from end rods - any rare drops and how much XP does it drop,

3: since it is a dark version of a blaze, would it fight with its light counterparts if they met - a dark vs light blaze battle would look epic,

4: what would it be made of? - Blazes are made of fire and thermal energy, so they don't take fire damage and also burn and give off light by themselves, so what would the Razer be made of... Ender acid? Ender dragon breath? Molten Endstone and purpur blocks? Would it take fire damage?

Finally... if this is an end mob, then would it fly like a Blaze, or would it teleport like most ender mobs?

Then comes the part of, how much damage it would deal on what difficulty, and how hard will it be to destroy - will it be immune to any effects or attacks?

This has potential... but then again this comment comes from someone who loves blazes, so it may be a bit biased. I like the idea but it needs MORE detail. Otherwise we may as well just assume the shulker plays this role in the end.

It would have to teleport because a blaze is basically stealing iron mans moves because it thrusts itself upward
