Abandoned sewers

I had a dream of a really cool mincraft update. It was abandoned sewer pipes. The sewer pips only spawn undernether buildings. Like towns and the forest mansion. The sewers are made out of polished andicite and granite. The sewer is filled with poison water that decreases his hunger points. Also rats and giant vampire bats. The vampire bats only attack if you been hurt or if u attack them. You can find bones . And at the end of the sewer leads to a river there are iron bars at the end. Just figured i would share this intresting idea

    This is an interesting idea, but there aren't any cities in the game, existing or ruined, that would fit with an abandoned sewer.  The villages are far too small to have sewers large enough to walk in.

    @ClayGoddessSari Maybe it would connect to a cool new structure "Abandoned City" which is a big ruined village, surrounded by a stone brick wall.

    In the case of Villages, the sewers could just follow the same shape as the paths above. I don't think polished blocks should be used since it's supposed to look abandoned. Maybe it could just be made of cobblestone and moss stone? Unfortunately, there's no way for the structure to end specifically next to a river, but the structure could be built in such a way that wherever it does exit, it would have water flowing out.

    I doubt that Mojang would implement rats and bats as hostile mobs. Maybe just regular bats for ambience along with Giant Rats that could be neutral? Or even Drowned could spawn in the sewers and their design would suit the environment well!

    Now for poison water, it's tricky to come up with new fluids that work because they have to be able to interact with water and lava in some way. So maybe when poison water comes into contact with regular water, it becomes regular water, like it's being diluted. And since poison water is just a form of water, it would act as such in contact with lava, forming obsidian, stone, or cobblestone, depending on how they touch.

    Awesome idea!

    if a city biome will be added, this could fit it very well. 

    In addition to that, you could have mutant animals inside the sewers.

    (and also, make the water in the sewers contaminated water)
