Reinstate the Minecraft Fish

I would like to see the classic Minecraft "Fish" get reinstated back into the game.

However, I don't want it to be a physical mob you can kill.

It should only be available with an actual fishing pole.

Maybe since clownfish (or tropical fish now) can now be found in the actual water as a mob to be killed, give the old fashioned generic "fish" item the same chance clownfish used to have to be caught with a fishing pole prior to 1.13.

This would be a nice Easter egg since cod have replaced the classic Minecraft fish as the basic fish to catch.
