Add a star and/or put the host at the top of the player list

This would be very helpful for figuring out who's the host of what world without asking people who don't like to talk in the mic or chat in game.

    I think there’s a way to do that by pausing the game? 

    There should be the playerlist on the right side of the screen and a crown should be next to the game operater(s)/host(s).
