Joke Command

I got a bit bored and thought of a random and sort of fun command.  /joke will randomly tell a joke that has been altered to its Minecraft version. It would be a fun command to use all the time on servers.

    A syntax like this:
    /joke generic (a generic impersonal joke)
    /joke victim [joker] (a joke made to scare or annoy . It may be attributed to [joker])
    /joke random (a random joke, either impersonal or annoying a random player)

    /joke @s about: piglin, gold, blackstone_slab, nether. result: why did the piglin cross the road? to get the gold on the other side! please add this command. also you can customize what the joke is about by using /joke about: it is optional
