improved shulkers

shulkers can spawn with selected given effects, the effect it gives can be specified with commands

with NBT you can also make it look like a specific block

    This is not clearly written. Are you asking for the shulker bullets to be able to give its targets any wanted effect upon a hit? If yes, then are you sure that it isn't possible already?

    If your answers are yes to both questions then I will vote, because this sounds useful to mapmakers.

    Yes I am saying to choose potion effects for shulkers; and there is a way to do it, with 100 commands

    Okay because the way you wrote it in your post, it sounds like you want the shulker to have a status effect applied to itself. You should fix that in your post :)

    I think this would be cool if we could do it for all mobs.
