end rods should have no caps when connected to each other

when you connect end rods in a chain to each other, the ones in the middle shouldn't have the purple caps, so it looks like one long end rod.

    I think that there should be a kind of end rod without a cap so you can do either.

    I wish that the End Rod textures changed. I know that I could just switch them with the texture pack but it doesn't make a difference to me.

    Yes! They come in handy for modern lighting in your home, but the purple spaces ate really annoying

    YES! I'm glad the purple cap changed to gray but I'd love to make "fluorescent light tubes" or skinny glowing pillars longer than 2 blocks!
