Beach villagers (was: New type of villages.)

So. I am just thinking and I came up with an idea. I was inspired with Minecraft update Aquatic And with ibxtoycat' s video about 1.14. There should be beach villages, new villagers can ve added. They could fish, sell treasure maps and other stuff related to water. They could look like those resorts on Bora Bora, or just like classic Hawaii style. Thanks for your time and for reading this.

    I don't personally think that the villages should look like resorts but I agree all if not most biomes should have villages

    Also I think that the different villages should have small differences like snow villages having igloos not houses.

    Not sold on the resort or biom specific professions, However, the idea of a coastal village set on beaches and islands definitely has its appeal.

    It wouldn't be difficult to do. Villages already spawn on water and on beaches.

    yes that would be a good idea and the villages could be stilt houses over water while their roofs can be made of palm leaves (another small idea would be to add palm trees and make the planks a coconut white color).

     

    p.s (don't mind the name I made this when I was very little)

    The beach village house style can be the village house look before the 1.14 update, plus some Filipino / Hawaiian / South American style decoration.

    This is a really cool idea, but what would the houses be built out of? Sandstone is too similar to desert villages in my opinion. Also, the area on a beach would have to be quite large, but most of the beaches in minecraft are not huge.

    I think instead being like a resort style village they should have huts on the beach. It would be a more unique type of village for a unique landscape. Instead of a fully wooden house maybe there is a sand floor.

    Also by the fisherman houses they could have nets in the water, for the farms they could add sugarcane. It could be an especially good place to go for fish trading and you could build up emeralds using fish(because of the water source there would be many fishermen).

    Maybe there can be ships that are floating with barrels (full of fish) or pumpkins on it.

    They need stilt houses with straw roofs, and most villagers are fishermen, and they should give out treasure maps, as raket said.

    if they added this, there could be pirates. but the villages need to have their own feel and design. so these villages could have boating docks, less like resorts. if they added more sea things or did a beach biome vote or biome update, they could put palm trees on beaches, crabs. So fisherman villagers and others have more unique trades with lobsters and beach things, i think they should wait on adding this until there is more beach and more ocean content to make these villages as good as possible.
