Splash damage and slow attack speed should be an alternate setting

Splash damage and slow attack speed should be a setting players can turn on and off. Though splash damage can be useful in some cases ,its not in others. That is why the user should be able to turn it on and off.

    This is for Java, since Bedrock has neither. xP

    But did you know that axes will only hit the mob you target, unlike the sword?  So you can build a battle axe that you can use when you absolutely have to only hit one mob.

    The other thing is those two should probably be toggled together.  The splash damage is what makes the slower attack speed tolerable.  Otherwise a pack of monsters would be impossible to fight, since you could only hit one at a time and slowly.
