Wailer

The Wailer make's a eerie (and loud) sobbing noise

The Wailer has a rare chance to spawn near Soul sand (rare as a baby zombie)

Wailer Picture's

It literally has eye's behind His head (which means there's one than one Soul in that weird Body)

It is slow like a Zombie and is ineffective against Soul sand (it doesn't get slowed down by Soul sand)

The Wailer hit's really fast

The Wailer effect's you with blindness for 3 seconds when You get hit

The Wailer alway's has slow falling on

    Not a big fan of most of your ideas, but this is your best one, especially because Soul Sand could definitely use something to make it scarier and more dangerous. And it fits because it's like one of the souls came to life..... :P

    I do think you could find a better name than Wheezer - maybe something like Wandering Soul? I also think it should be faster than a zombie, otherwise it will be too easy to defeat. The blindness is a neat idea for sure, and so is the Slow Falling.

    Last thing: about how rare are you talking here? As rare as a Wither Skeleton? Baby zombie?
