Komodo Dragon/Gecko (was: Passive and hostile reptiles (was: More Reptiles))

I would LOVE to see more reptiles! I prefer lizards(mostly passive) and geckos. The comodo dragon could be neutral and all geckos passive. Feel free to add hostile reptiles like alligators and crocodiles.

    Looks like there is already an existing thread on this topic for alligators and crocs, but we're leaving this for the komodo dragon and gecko.

    Please add your ideas to existing threads before creating duplicates on the same topics whenever possible, though. :)

    Cutting down on duplicate threads will allow relevant threads and ideas to stay together so they can receive the attention they deserve from our developers.

    I own a gecko right now and I plan on getting more reptiles such as a lace monitor, argentine tegu, ball python, and others. So i think this a great idea I hope you get more votes so this can be possible. I love just learning things about the Minecraft mobs like turtles. Me and my friends would breed the turtles make habitats for them have certain spots for them to lay eggs we treated them like real animals. I would like to do the same thing I do for the turtles for the lizards and other reptiles. And I suggest that certain lizards should be able to sit on your Minecraft characters shoulder because that’s one thing they do, so basically the same thing as birds. Thanks for hearing me out.

    I recommend that the Komodo Dragons stay neutral due to the fact that there have been few cases of them hunting humans. It is up to the developers if they want them to be tame able. They should lay eggs like turtles and eat cows,pigs,chickens and zombies ( since they have been known to dig up human bodies and consume them.) And make them pick up the food items like the fox so it becomes more realistic. It is recommended to make their bites inflict poison since Minecraft does not have bacterial infections. They should sleep at night and be found in savannas and near desert wells, and on small islands. They should have a unique swimming animation and be fast at swimming. And last of all maybe drop the skin of the reptile etc. I hope this gets added to Minecraft soon.

    Maybe it should be like mooshrooms and only spawn on Komodo island. Because that is the only place they naturally live in the wild.

    I agree with neutral Komodo dragons they should inflict poison when they attack and they can be tamed with meat but only when they are a baby

    They should be nearly impossible to tame but people have done it
