Pigman Rider

Hello proud minecrafter for 5 years here,
I know most people would think the nether is very crowded with Mobs...

I always found it a shame that the "Zombie Horse" is still to this day not used and has no way of naturally spawning in survival Minecraft.

So instead of cutting this mob completely from the game why not use it as a way to make pigman less of a joke to fight by making a "Pigman Rider" spawn rarely in the neather.

They are replacing zombie pigmen with piglins which wouldn't fit riding a zombie horse. I would like for them to have some zombie form creature to ride a zombie horse.
