Sky Textures

Add the possibility of modifying sky textures on resource pack (Overworld and End dimension) without mod like Optifine to work.

    Even if not full textures, just being able to edit the tint of the sky, as a texture, like with grass and leaves, would be great. And also water now. It's a bit frustrating and booring making resourspacks when you can't deviate too far away from the colour scheme of vanilla minecraft because there are major ingame areas of colour you cant edit.
