(Implementation idea) MINECON Live Capes

MINECON capes have always been a super cool perk to show that you attended the event, but now with MINECON Earth, it's harder to do that.

While the livestream is online, there should be a temporary link that people can go to. On that link, they must sign into their Minecraft account, click on a reCaptcha (to prevent bots), and then they can press a button to claim their cape.

BONUS IDEA:

During the livestream, instead of voting on what mob to add to the game, people could also vote on what cape design they would like!

    Hola Desarrolladores de Minecraft soy Jairo pero en minecraft soy JairoBrine, bueno solo quiero desirles que podrian inplemetar un agregador de capas , yo tengo una capa personaliza en mi celular pero no lo puedo poner , les agreceria mucho si ponen un agregador de capas personalizado Muchas Gracias.

    This is a great idea, I hope Mojang makes this a thing especially because we were going to have minecraft festival and it would have had capes but it got canceled due to coronavirus but the livestream will still happen so this seems like a good way for people to still get a cool cape! (I'd also really love a Mojang given cape sense I only have an optifine cape which means only people using optifine and have show capes on can see it.)

    :D So much great idea but it also needs to be able to give capes to Bedrock Edition so it needs many login option (ps4, Microsoft or Xbox, Nintendo Switch, much more)

    i love this idea, but how about we are able download the capes from bedrock along with skins, so people who have both versions can get a cape

    Yes! I was too young to go to any of the Minecons but it has been my dream to get a cape! I like the idea of trying to get a cape during minecon earth!

    Perhaps they could a special redeemable thing, were they will give out a special code during Minecon Earth, which you redeem just like any other redeemable item. But the code would only work the day of the livestream to prevent people from getting the cape who didn't attend the livestream. (Like if they just watched video weeks afterwards or a friend gave them the code afterward.)

    Just a idea that I though might be good after reading a couple other ideas. Hope this helps!

    To many capes makes them not rare anymore. Remember, capes are special rewards.
