1 chunk rendering

Can you guys make it possible to lower chunks rendering to just 1 chunk?
I have a Sony Xperia M2 Dual D2302 that was manufactured in 2013
Playing minecraft on it is like playing with a snail
I have lowered graphics to the lowest, made a 2x2 texture pack and minecraft still lags alot
It makes my phone over heat quickly and in addition to being my world ~150mb of size that has everything in the game (survival mode), I experience a sinister lag
I tried to lower it from options.txt, it used to work in previous versions but now it doesn't
Please let us go below 5 chunks to 1 chunk
