A new villager type that buys redstone

We have several types of villagers that buy coal, but none that buy redstone. (If there is, I would like to know about it, for sure!)  I mine every ore I find, and end up with stacks and stacks of unused redstone blocks. I don't do a lot of redstone builds, so it would be nice to turn that useless (to me) glut of redstone into something useful.

    This could be a redstone engineer, who as the cartographer sells maps, would sell plans for simple redstone contraptions, which would help new players to start using redstone
