Dog fur options (was: Skins)

Dogs that have different fur. White fur, Brown fur and Black fur

    I really think wolf fur colors could add a lot to the game. This is a fantastic idea and I personally love it.

    Maybe dogs could have mermaid fur or husky fur or maybe blaze fur or even rain deer fur because I think that would be and look quite cool ! 🐶🐶🦮🐕‍🦺🦮🐕‍🦺

    I understand how iconic the wolf texture is, like the diamond texture. I am not suggesting we remove it from the game. I just think it would be neat to have variations from biome to biome is the texture. Maybe wolves with blue eyes in the snow; tan, sandy coloured dogs is the deserts or savanna. Maybe in oak forests the wolves could be the standard og texture. I think the shape of the wolf is important to the game and changing the actual shape isn’t a fantastic idea, although I think getting  some variation is colour would be fantastic.

    First off I'm against different breeds of dogs since some are just suffering because of what humans done to them through breeding. Like some get their tails cut off or have so much trouble with breathing and so on.

    I'm also against giving them different abilitys based on the fur/type since that could lead to people liking some less and favour others which is the opposite of being inclusive and that is already a big problem in our current world.

    One thing I would like to see fur variations or even different types of wolves to better represent how they live in the real world so maybe a little brighter and more fur for the colder regions and the opposite for warmer regions.

     

    Maybe even a variable for like warm/cold fur so that it can change if they stay in a hot or cold biom for a longer time.

    So a last point to conclude this.

    I  think that getting different breeds of dogs after taming a would would ruin the immersion/game for me since it would be a thing that totally ignores the logic that most of the game is based on as well.
