Ice Wizards

You can find a ice wizard in the ice biome. But don't come close or he will ice you. When iced you are frozen for 5 seconds. And when the ice wizard is dead he will drop a ice wound the wound can freeze a mob.

    would be nice if they add this to the cliff of cave and cliff update.

    Ice wizards would make sense in the 1.17 if they spawned in the new mountains biomes with a wizard tower, just like the witch hut in the swamp. The ice wizard should then, also like the witch, join raids, and maybe instead of dropping an ice wand, if that's what you meant, they should drop enchanted books.
