In 1.12 players got new damage sounds for drowning and being on fire (*entity.player.hurt_drown* and *entity.player.hurt_on_fire*); however mobs don't use those sounds when taking damage. It would be nice if these sounds played as an overlay for all mobs drowning or being on fire, similar to how fall damage sound works.

While we're at it, it might also be nice to have different sounds for taking damage from poison/wither, starving and suffocation.
