1.21.X-X Block Update (More stairs, & slabs)

Strenuous update for adding slab and stair variants of the various base blocks already existing in game. Despite it's stretch of adding recipes, properties and texture mapping for those types of blocks, I think it's crucial.

The why is; really this adds parity between the other blocks that don't have those stair or slab types like the woods and stones do. Makes those blocks left out (ex. concrete, terracotta, & earth), suggesting blocks are missing from the game. It's importance adds diverse complexions in builds.

Not like you haven't been adding blocks to the game but I think it's fair to give the older blocks their share of types. Forget the voting and adding of mobs, instead add blocks to the sandbox of Minecraft giving builders the tools for great structures.

I appreciate the direction the team is going for the latest 1.21.X and on, real amazing stuff being implemented, and thank you for your consideration.
