Add actual ray tracing and make the sun an actual light source

I want mojang to make the sun a light source as a point of reference for raytracing and shadows. Thus will accompany adding shadows to other light source blocks, as they do not effect shadows on the blocks and rather are a completely different type of ambient effect.

    This is actually in the game (bedrock edition), vibrant visuals should be something between fancy graphics and RT.
    you can have a lot of shaders on java that would give you RT
