Remove Oars from Boats while attached to Happy Ghasts

Idea : Remove the oars visually from boats while being attached (by lead) to Happy Ghasts

Reason : Makes better parity with The Minecraft Movie visually and presents better while In-Game.
Oars serve no function while airborne and without presence allow for more creative imagination in interpretation of the new system. 

Ex : Bamboo Boat / / Without oars it presents as a solid platform that mobs ride on, giving a more aesthetically pleasing view from spectators and riding players.

while a small and subtle change, this would provide a much neater, and or visually appealing look that could be used as a foundation for resource packs, mods, and vanilla gameplay.
