For 16 anniversary

Hey mojang, I would like to suggest your team to bring back some old capes for 16 anniversary as a second and final chance to acquire them. It would make players happy and help to build a great foundation. I know you have a pattern to release capes as every 5 anniversary. But please listen to me as this request for final chance to get the older capes. Happy upcoming anniversary.🎉🎉💐💐
