The Chestling would be a new neutral mob found in dungeons or strongholds. When untamed it would appear as a chest on the ground as are often found in previously mentioned structures. But, when you tried to open it, four little legs will pop out of the bottom and little red eyes will open on top of the lid and it will chase you around for a bit trying to bite you with its lid/mouth. Its base damage would be two and a half hearts per bite, so not too scary but something to watch out for. If you don’t try to open it, you can drop enchanted/cursed books or bottles of enchanting near it, and it will scoop them up in its mouth and eat them. If you do this a couple of times it will become tamed. A tamed Chestling will have blue eyes instead of red, and will follow you around. It will pick up any floating items nearby but return back to you after it’s picked them up. You can also access its inventory, which is as big as a normal chest, but any other player who try’s to open it will get snapped. It would be very useful for mining, or just extending your inventory. You can’t breed it, or craft one. It takes extra damage from axes.
