Minimal Mode for the Launcher

The launcher has too many sprites and effects that makes updating to the latest version a huge pain in the neck to go through and it is absolutely inconvenient for those who do not always have a good internet connection. Another thing is that the launcher can be laggy at times when swapping to other games, it's not a major issue whatsoever but it is just annoying. The point of the Minimal Mode for the launcher is that it gives the user the option to have no extra decorations and content shown, it is all just text and no images. If the user wants to go back to the main non-minimal launcher, then they have to go through the downloading process to download all the extra decorations and content as if like there was an update that got released. The launcher is currently not convenient to use, it is exhausting, so a minimal mode would be nice to reduce unnecessary download and make the launcher experience more pleasant.
