About UI Text-to-Speech

I'm a gamer who was born blind. I'm playing Minecraft on the Kindle Fire. I'm very happy that you can now check what items you have in your possession using text-to-speech in the UI. If possible, I would be grateful if you could also make it possible to read out the blocks on the field as well. Thank you for your consideration.
